| 摘 要： | 企业人力管理是企业最重要的、最基础的管理。企业应该树立人力资源成本管理的思想,从选好人、用好人出发配置和使用员工。企业应该建立好完善的劳动合同关系和劳动保险体系,把企业培育成学习型企业,有利于激励员工工作和成长。

| Abstract: | The enterprise manpower management is the most important and basal management of the enterprise.The enterprise should set up the thought of the human resources cost management,electing and employing the appropriate person to dispose and use the staff.The enterprise should establish the good consummate contractual labor relationship and the labor insurance system.The enterprise is cultivated to be the study enterprise and is advantageous to inspire with the staff work and the growth. |
