| 摘 要： | 互联网的发展对教育理论和实践产生了巨大的影响,为学习服务的现代教育的本质更为显现。教师独占知识局面被瓦解。只有在知能、自主、伦理几方面不断地强化与完善,教师才能从容地面对挑战,重建教师的新型形象。

| Abstract: | The development of internet has a great influence on educational theories and practice.The innate character of modern education for study is more obvious.The situation that the teachers monopolize the knowledge is broken.Only if enhanced in knowledge,self-consciousness and independence can teachers rebuild their new image and face the challenge calmly. |
