| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法及特尔斐法，拟定影响普通高校体育工作绩效的批判因素，针对各批判因素用层次分析法和模糊数学理论对影响普通高校体育工作绩效的诸因素建立分析模型。分析结果表明，该研究能为普通高校体育工作绩效的评价工作提供科学量化依据。

| Abstract: | By applying the paper asking and Delphi technique , the author makes some factors that influence the quality of sport work in Ordinary college, and sets up an analytic model for factors influencing the quality of sport work by using the theory of the fuzzy mathematics and AHP. The result shows that the study can provides the science bases for the quality assessment of the quality of sport work. |
