| Abstract: | This paper approaches some of their difficulties while the criminal councels are enforcing the law , Apart from some objective reasons: culture, sense, judicial system, etc, it points out that the councel ranks are not very well built and that the councels themselves haven't worked hard enough. I suppose that it mainly depends on the councels themselves to safeguard and expand their legal rights and interests. |
