| Abstract: | This article highlights the importance of quality in the process of raising talented persons, and tries to summarize the basic comprehensive quality that the higher vocational students should have through a comprehensive study on the talents-recruiting standards of famous enterprises at home and abroad. Then, taking the study above as the guidance, it formulates some corresponding raising measures. |
