近年来，理论界提出了绿色企业文化的概念，但从自然生态系统的角度对其内涵进行界定具有一定的片．面性，是狭义的绿色企业文化，只有从社会生态系统角度进行研究，才是广义的绿色企业文化。本文拟从狭义和广义两个角度讨论绿色企业文化的真正内涵及其建设的意义和途径。
