| 摘 要： | 公民社会是介于政府与企业之间的“第三部门”。中国公民社会是国家主动退出公共性领域的产物。经济全球化要求我国改革权力过分集中的政治体制，促进国家权力的社会化，为培育我国的公民社会创造了宽松的外部环境，搭建了良好的信息平台。

| Abstract: | Civil society is the Third Sector between the government and enterprises.Chinese civil society is the product of a national initiative to withdraw from the public area.Economic globalization requests Chinese government to reform the political system that the power is excessive concentrative,and promote the socialization of governmental power,and it will create a favorable external environment and build a good information platform for cultivating Chinese civil society. |
