| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆面对扩大招生情况下短期间内读者的巨增和工作人员的相对不足(来不及匹配工作人员),大都采用聘用学生助理来解决,笔者通过分析目前高校图书馆聘用学生助理管理上存在的一些问题,提出了相应的解决办法.

| Abstract: | Libraries in higher education institutes are comparatively facing the insufficiency of librarian because of enlarging enrollment, therefore employment of student-llbrarian is the solution to the situation. However, the employment results in some problems. Based on the analysis of current problems from employment of student-librarian the paper suggests some effective methods. |
