多晶VO_2材料的绝缘-金属转变研究

摘    要:对用粉末冶金(烧结)法制得的多晶VO_2材料进行了X-射线结构分析和R-T曲线的实验研究.结果表明,纯的VO_2多晶材料升温时在338K发生数量级约为10~3倍的绝缘-金属转变,掺杂Cr的VO_2样品转变温度向低温方向偏移。当样品中含有5%以上的V_2O_5或样品淬油时,其R-T曲线将变得平坦.

Abstract:VO_2 polycrystalline specimens have been prepared by powder metallurgy (sintering) method. The X-ray structural analysis and the measurement of the R-T curve on specimens has been carried out. The results show that the insulator --metal transition of pure VO_2 specimens is observed at about 338K with increasing temperature, but the VO_2 specimens doped with Cr transit at the temperature lower than about 338K. If the content of V_2O_5 in specimens >5 % or after quenching in oil, the R-T curve of specimens will be plane.
