备课是教学过程中不可缺少的一个环节。在实施体育课教学过程中,一方面要反复研究教材,吃透教材的内容,找出重点、难点,另一方面又要恰如其分地组织和安排课程的密度及运动量,调查掌握学生的基本情况,做好上课的准备工作。
