| 摘 要： | MCS-51系列、MCS-96系列等单片机由于都不带I2C总线接口而限制了其在I2C总线接口器件的使用.文中介绍了I2C总线的特征和时序,并以串行E2PR0M为例,给出了在51系列单片机上使用并行I/0口实现I2C总线接口的硬件电路和相关软件程序.
