| 摘 要： | 法治的精神在于对以宪法为核心的法律体系的信仰,尤其是对宪法的信仰。作为法治精神要素的宪法信仰,其内容应当包括哪些,本文从法治建立、存在、发展的前提,公民参与法治进程的动力来源,公民立宪、行宪、护宪的态度和公民作为传承宪法精神的载体四个方面进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The spirit of law lies in taking the constitution as the core of legal belief of law sprit,in particular the constitution belief.As the dements of constitution belief,what does its content have to include,thise article analizes the following four aspects:the premise of law establishment,the existence,the development;the citizens' participating in the power source of law advancement;the citizens' attitude towards abiding by the law,defending the law,and citizens are the carrier to spread constitution law. |
