| 摘 要： | 现阶段,我国的灵活就业得到了快速发展,在促进劳动就业与社会经济发展中发挥了重要作用。尽管如此,灵活就业群体的就业现状仍存在着诸多问题。随着灵活就业规模的不断扩大,其规范性发展问题显得越来越突出。
