| 摘 要： | 当前社会的转型发展对高校正发生着深刻的影响,也深刻地改变着教职工的价值观念、生存方式和生活形态,改变着学校的文化结构、运行秩序和发展轨迹。它也给学校思想政治工作带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。要求我们的思想政治工作应该准确把握转型期教职工思想政治工作的重心,充分发挥教职工思想政治工作的积极作用,遵循思想政治工作的科学原则,大力加强工作体系构建,切实提高思想政治工作的效能。

| Abstract: | The current social transformation has a profound impact on universities and colleges,changing not only teachers＇ values and lifestyles but also schools＇ ideological and political work,which should grasp the heart of the matter,give full play to the positive roles of the faculty and staff,follow the scientific principles and enhance the systematic construction,so as to increase the efficiency of the ideological and political work. |
