俄美投资合作关系现状及前景论析

20世纪90年代以来，俄罗斯和美国出于各自的需要，积极发展在投资领域的合作。其投资合作表现为美国在俄直接投资较其他国家大，投资集中于六个主要经济区，投资合作形式以租让制为方向等特点：同时投资合作中也存在着投资规模较小、总量水平低、投资结构不平衡、投资环境不理想等问题；从投资合作的发展趋势看，双方合作领域将会进一步扩大，互为依赖将进一步增强。

On Present Situation,Problem and Prospect of Russia-U.S cooperation in Investment

Since the 1990's, due to their own benefits, both countries have promoted the cooperation. America's investment in Russia is bigger than that in other countries and focuses on six important economic zones and its feature is mainly in the form of lease. Meanwhile, there are some problems in their cooperation, such as small scale of investment, lower level in general, unbalanced investment structure and less ideal investment environment. But from the development of their cooperation, the fields of their cooperation will be enlarged and their interdependence will increase greatly.
