| Abstract: | Along with opening the financial market,there are gradual developing and deepening reform in the primary commercial banks.The paper analyses the external and internal causes about the "small and overall" management system for the primary commercial banks,and suggests that it is necessary to transfer the management strategy,to innovate on idea,organization,program,managing mode and personnel system,and to improve the competitive capacity of primary commercial banks. |
