| 摘 要： | 新农村文化建设有重要的理论意义和现实意义，新农村文化建设要遵循正确的指导思想和指导原则，但目前新年农村文化建设仍存在诸多方面的问题。探讨出新农村文化建设的策略和有效途径能对新农村建设提供思想保证、精神动力和智力支持。

| Abstract: | Building a new countryside culture is of important theoretical and practical significance. It should observe proper guidelines and guiding principles. However, there are problems with the current cultural construction. Discussion of strategies and effective ways will provide ideological guarantee, spiritual motivation and intellectual support for the socialist new countryside construction. |
