四川省户外运动指导员现状及优化路径

采用问卷调查等研究方法,以四川省户外运动指导员为研究对象,通过对年龄、性别、指导年限等进行调查研究,探讨四川省户外运动指导员现状以及存在的问题。总结得出:四川省户外运动指导员男女比例差距较大,整体偏年轻化;学历相对较高;以兼职为主;地域分布不平衡。优化路径:与高校搭建合作平台、开展交流会议;开展多种类、高等级的户外指导员培训;通过高校教育加强后备人才队伍建设;加强人员资质管理。

Current Situation and Optimization Path of Outdoor Sports Instructors in Sichuan Province

This paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey and other research methods,taking the outdoor sports instructors in Sichuan Province as the research object,through the investigation of age,gender,guiding years,etc.,to explore the current situation and existing problems of outdoor sports instructors in Sichuan Province.It is concluded that:there is a large gap between male and female outdoor sports instructors in Sichuan Province,the overall younger;relatively high education;mainly part-time;unbalanced geographical distribution.Optimization path:to build a cooperation platform with colleges and universities,to carry out exchange meetings;to carry out a variety of high-level outdoor instructor training;to strengthen the construction of reserve talents through college education;to strengthen personnel qualification management.
