| 摘 要： | 本文运用经济学和生态学的一些基本观点和方法,从社会经济可持续发展的战略高度上,使用代际公平原则的多目标框架,对传统的资源管理模型进行分析评价的基础上,从模型管理的经济学分析、持续性投入分析、多目标公益模型三个方面,对西部地区再生资源可持续发展的模型管理方法进行了定性和定量分析和讨论。

| Abstract: | With basic concepts and methods of economic s and ecology,from the angle of social economic sustainable development,using multi-goal frame of equal principle,the author analyzes and appraises traditional model of the resource management.Based on it,the author has quanlitative and quantitative analysis and discussion of model management methods of the sustainable development of regenerative resources in West China from the three aspects -economic analysis of model management,sustainable investment analysis and multi-goal model of public welfare. |
