| 摘 要： | 以多维视角对现代热点训练理论内外关系,从理论内涵、依据、体系结构及可实用性等方面进行研究。研究认为:由于运动实践的发展,训练理论也表现出多维和多层次性,在理论变迁阶段,常有多个模型并存,几种理论从不同角度、不同层次对训练实践产生了积极的影响,小周期理论对其他理论的建构和发展中起着承上启下的作用,板块理论在微细架构方面,与其他两个理论具有内在的联系,而体力波理论作为一元训练理论中的重要支撑理论,还处于发展和论证阶段,具有较高的普适性和哲学的属性。
