| Abstract: | This circuit is designed to adopt cheap digital integrated circuit - timer, counter and decoder to generate circular controlled signals that are capable of controlling the circuit of silicon controlled rectifier excitaion so that the circular flashing of colored lights can be regulated. This circuit is uncomplicated in composition and easy to debug. |
