管理信息系统建设策略研究

总结近几年管理信息系统建设经验与教训和发展的三个阶段，分析计算机管理信息系统软件与硬件平台协调配置，硬件平台建设与应用开发的关系等，提出了管理信息系统建设应遵循“阶段性、时效性、持久性”的建设原则。论速了该原则提出的依据以及在实际工作中取得的应用成果。

On Strategy of the Construction of Management Information System (MIS)

In summing up the experiences, lessons and the three stages of development in three years' construction of MIS and by analyzing the harmonious distribution of software and hardware platforms in computer MIS and by analyzing the relations between the hardware platform construction and its development in application, the paper suggests that the MIS should follow the construction principle of 'phasing, timing and lasting' and meanwhile expounds the basis of the principle and presents the application achievement in practice.
