The psychological pressure of missionary engaged the graduate student admission and the alleviation countermeasure

On the basis of elaborating briefly the constitution and in the function of missionary engaged the graduate students,this article multianalysed graduate student admission's characteristics and the psychological pressure of concrete staff,proposed the countermeasures such as alternating work with rest,reasonable placement of job nad relaxation time,persisting the principle,correctly assurancing national graduate student admission policy,enhancing management,scientifically regulating the work flow,strict self-disipline,consciously resisting the social bad style and so on to alleviate the psychological pressure of missionary engaged the graduate student admission.
