基于主观概率的组织知识的表征方法

摘    要:提出基于心理学的知识定义,分析知识的信念特征;给出基于主观概率表征知识的方法;深入探讨基于主观概率的组织知识的纵向维度分析和横向维度分析的意义及其表征方法。其中,纵向维度分析将组织知识表示为共享知识、局部知识和个体知识;横向维度分析将组织知识表示为组织认识知识、组织价值知识和组织情感知识。组织知识的内涵及其分布分析,为探索组织知识与组织绩效的关系构建了理论基础。

Abstract:This paper puts forward the knowledge definition based on psychological terms, and analyzes its characteristics as justified belief. It introduces the way for knowledge expression in subjective probability terms and makes a further discussion on the significance and methods of horizontal dimensionality and vertical dimensionality of organization knowledge in subjective probability terms. The vertical dimensionality shows organization knowledge as shared knowledge, part knowledge and individual knowledge. The horizontal knowledge shows organization knowledge as recognition knowledge, value knowledge and emotion knowledge. The analysis of connotations and distributions of organization knowledge provides a theoretical foundation for further discussing the relationship between organization knowledge and organization performance.
