| 摘 要： | 通过对温州大学、浙江大学、浙江师范大学、宁波大学及浙江林学院五所高校女生，参加课外体育锻炼兴趣与动机的调查。揭示开展学校课外体育锻炼只有充分兼顾学生的自身需要，合理选择与安排内容，才能激发学生的锻炼兴趣与动机，逐步养成锻炼的好习惯，使学校课外体育锻炼经常持久地开展。

| Abstract: | The article is about a research on investigating female students of the five colleges - - Wenzhou University, Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Normal University, Ningbo University and Zhe Jiang Forestry University taking part in extracurricular PE exercise. It reveals only taking into account the students＂ self - need, selecting and arranging sport items reasonably can stimulate the student＇s interesting and motive, and make them get into the habit of doing sports gradually and make the college＇s extracurricular PE sports lasting develop. |
