相对获益视野下中国参与国际合作的环境分析

国际关系理论中，新现实主义认为国家在国际合作中关注相对获益，并由此导致合作困难。经过诸多争论，一种共识越来越被接受：国家行为体关注相对获益是有条件的。本文从机制规模、身份认同、地缘政治、议题变化和合作进展五个方面总结了国家关注相对获益的条件，还通过进一步追溯，总结了新现实主义关于国际体系的无政府状态假设是国家关注相对获益条件的大前提。在此基础上，本文分析了中国近年来的国际合作环境，并从新自由主义和建构主义对新现实主义进行了颠覆性的分析，并对中国未来如何克服国际合作的困难提出了建议。
