高校教学模式与考核模式同步改革

摘    要:目前高校考试的基本价值取向仍停留在知识上,受其影响,高校课堂充斥着“灌输式”、“填鸭式”。调查显示:学生对当前的教学与考试模式大都不满。学生因不满而厌学,因厌学而无法有效掌握知识和本领,补考、舞弊现象因此越来越普遍,这严重制约了学生个人发展和教学质量的提高。应通过教学模式与考核模式的同步改革来消除二者之间的恶性循环。

Abstract:Presently the examination system of higher education is positioned at testing how much knowledge students get from the books and lessons.This wrong definition of exam results in the spoon-feeding way of teaching in the universities.Survey shows that most of university students are resisting the current mode of teaching and examination.Students are so unwilling to learn that they cannot get a deeper understanding,thus becoming a huge obstacle for the improvement of teaching quality and personal development of the students themselves.A reform in the mode of teaching and examination need to be done immediately in order to change the situation.
