| 摘 要： | 中小学学校事故是令学校、教育行政部门和家长都深感头疼的问题。由于中小学学生年龄和其行为能力的特点以及相关法律的缺乏导致学校事故责任的认定、赔偿纠纷不断,因此,迫切需要明确相关责任,同时,加强预防、进行安全教育,也不容忽视。

The disputes of maintaining the liability and its compensation are from students' features of age and ability and the lack of relative law. The law must clear the liability urgently. The schools should prevent and give knowledge of safety. |
