农商结合的农业院校经管类专业实践教学体系创新研究

面对农业与传统工业、服务业及新兴技术产业相互融合的农商结合商业模式的不断涌现,农业院校经管类专业应立足农科优势,培养"农商结合"的复合应用型人才。为此,需要构建以培养学生"为农、爱农"情怀、"懂农、善商"技能和解决复杂问题的能力为目标,以融入"三农"情怀和农科知识的商科实践课程建设为核心,以校内外实践教学资源为保障,推动"学、做、创"一体化实践教学模式应用的实践教学体系,体现商科培养嵌入农业产业链、突出实践价值的"新商科"人才培养特色。

Study on Innovation of Practical Teaching System for Specialties of Economic and Management in Agricultural Universities Combining Agriculture and Commerce

With the flourishing of the new commercial mode combining agriculture with traditional industry, service industry and emerging technology industry, the specialties of economic and management in agricultural universities should make use of their advantage to develop talents who have the combined knowledges of agriculture and commerce based on agricultural advantages. Therefore, it is necessary to build a practical teaching system which aims to cultivate students’ feelings of "for agriculture, loving agriculture", skills of"understanding agriculture, being good at business"and their ability to solve complex problems, with the construction of practical courses of business integrating the feelings of"agriculture, farmers and countryside"and agricultural knowledge as the core, and with the practical teaching resources inside and outside the school as the guarantee, so as to promote the application of the integrated practical teaching mode of"learning, doing and creating", and embody the features of "new business"talent training that are embedding in the agricultural industry chain and highlighting practical value.
