| Abstract: | In this paper,based on the data analysis and regional comparison of Sichuan's regional innovation competence,the authors further study the technological-innovation capability of large firms in Sichuan,and generalize the key problems in the innovation process.Some countermeasures are proposed in the four layers of conception,system,mechanism and operation. |
