高校体育教学应加入心理健康教育内容

摘    要:对广西财经学院2004、2005级学生进行了SCL一90量表测试,同时进行了情绪影响因素的问卷调查,了解到:30.19%的大学生存在着轻度的心理障碍,5.7%的大学生存在着中度的心理障碍;大学生中男、女生之间,高年级与低年级之间在心理障碍方面存在显著性差异;大学生心理障碍主要表现在焦虑、抑郁、偏执、强迫等四个方面。研究分析了产生心理障碍的主要原因,得出了在体育教学中开设了“大学生心理健康保健课”的实验结果,并建议大学体育教学中应加入心理健康教育的内容。

Abstract:After having tested the students of Grade 2004 and 2005 in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics on SCL-90 measurement and having taken a questionnaire investigation of emotional influencing factors on them, the author finds that slight psychological barrier exists in 30.19% of undergraduates, and 5.7% of undergraduates have medium psychological barrier. There are obvious differences in psychological barrier between feminine undergraduates and masculine undergraduates, also between senior and junior; psychological barrier of undergraduates embodies mainly anxiety, depression, paranoid and pressure. By means of studying the main reason that brings out psychological barrier, the author believes that psychological health education course of undergraduates is to be carried out along with the P.E teaching.
