行政管理专业（本科）就业形势与专业定位分析

行政管理专业在我国开设时间较早，为我国的社会主义现代化建设事业培养了大批的行政管理专业人才。但是进入新的发展阶段，行政管理本科毕业生就业难的现象越来越引起社会的关注，不能把这一问题简单地归咎于我国目前的大学生扩招政策和就业制度，行政管理专业培养目标的不明确、定位模糊和实践性不强也是一个主要原因。行政管理专业必须要在社会需求导向下，首先转变培养模式、合理设置课程体系、加强学生素质培养才能从根本上解决本专业本科毕业生就业难的问题。

The Employment Situation and Profession Orientation of Administrative Profession (Undergraduate)

Administrative profession is set up in China in an early time and has cultivated a number of administrative talents for the construction of our country＇s socialist modernization. However, entering a new stage of development, the difficult employment situation for graduates of administrative profession arouses more and more concern of the society. This problem can not be simply attributed to China＇s current policies of increased enrollment of college students and employment system, the uncertainty and ambiguity of administrative profession＇s training objectives, and weak practical orientation are also the main reasons. Administrative profession must be demand-oriented, changing the training mode, reasonably designing course system, enhancing the training of students＇quality, so as to handle the difficult employment situation of graduates fundamentally.
