创新社会治理的难点和对策研究

当前,我国正处于经济转型和社会转轨的重要战略机遇期,同时也是社会矛盾高发时期。在社会治理方面,还存在着观念落后、体制滞后、职责不明、基层薄弱等多钟问题,这对切实加强社会治理创新、提高社会治理科学化水平提出了严峻挑战。改革传统社会管理机制,推动社会治理创新发展,是执政党和政府当务之急,对于推动社会进步、促进社会稳定、实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要意义。本文试对社会治理的基本内涵进行解读,在分析意义、总结经验的基础上,指出存在的困难和问题,提出相应对策建议。

Study on the Difficulty and Countermeasures of Innovative Society Governance

At present, Our country is in an important period of economic and social transformation, but also the social highly-contradictory period. In the social governance, there are still many problems which challenge the society governance innovation, such as backward concepts, system lagging-behind, the unclear responsibility and the weakness of the basic level. Reforming the traditional social management mechanism and pushing the society governance innovation development is the ruling party and government＇s priority. These works have a great significance in promoting social progress, social stability and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper tries to interpret the basic connotation of social governance, and based on the analysis of significance and summing up the experience, points out the difficulties and problems, and then propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
