| 摘 要： | 章针对加入WTO对中国高校学报的影响，指出了高校学报的现状与问题，并提出了坚持方向、不离宗旨，发挥优势、突出特色，面向国际市场、直接参与国际间的竞争，提升学报生产过程的科学技术水平，深化高校学报管理模式改革及培养和用好人才等六个方面应对WTO挑战的措施和策略。

| Abstract: | With entering into WTO, the journal of institution of higher learning will be confronted with challenges. How to cope with the challenge, this paper puts forward six countermeasures:insiting on orientation and aim; exploiting oneself advantages and characteristics; being oriented towards international market and participating international comptition; improving scientific and technological level of journals; furthering the reform of administrative regulations and training, and using rationally talented people. |
