摘    要:在园本课程建设过程中,课程管理制约着课程建设的质量。除了需要政府的积极介入与指导外。幼儿园还必须提高自身管理的水平。作者在总结思明区课程管理经验的基础上,提出幼儿园应通过管理凝聚积极的课程愿景,坚持以儿童为本建构课程体系,在追求效益中实现幼儿、教师、家长等多重主体的共同发展。

Abstract:The level of curriculum management has direct effects on the quality of kindergarten-based curriculum. Besides government's positive intervention a nd instruction, kindergartens should improve their management, getting their per sonnel united to realize the mutual development of children, teachers and parent s during the construction of kindergarten-based curriculum.
