南京国民政府建立初期的经济形势透析

从 1 92 7年到 1 93 7年 ,南京国民政府先后采取了提高进口关税、经营内外债、建立金融机构、建立和扩充官僚资本等措施 ,使南京国民政府建立初期的国民经济有所发展 ,成为国民党统治中国大陆 2 2年中最好的时期。但帝国主义的侵略 ,官僚资本的阻碍 ,军费开支的重负 ,农民破产导致的农村劳动力流失等 ,又严重阻碍了经济的恢复与发展。

Penetrating Analysis on the Economic Situation in the Early Days of the Nanking National Government

From 1927 to 1937, Nanking National Government took measures on improving import tax, running domestic and foreign debts, setting up and expending bureaucrat capitals. This measures helped to promote the development of the national economic situation. This was the best economic period during 22 years ruled by the Nationalist Party in the main continent of China. However, because of the aggression of imperialist countries, the obstacle of bureaucrat capitals, the military expenditure, and the bankrupt of the farmers which led to the loss of the labours hindered the economy resume and its development seriously.
