| Abstract: | University development assessment is the practical need for the university autonomic development and a research field needing further exploration. On the basis of defining the conception of university development assessment, this paper analyzes the properties and characteristics of university development assessment, and proposes that the university development assessment should set up criterions based on these characteristics, takes a different perspective of university development, and forms a three-dimension analyzing structure of university development. |
