英汉商务文书往来道歉语用的对比

道歉语不仅是人们日常生活中使用最多的语言之一,更是商务交际中不可缺少的礼貌用语。然而由于不同语种的民族在文化、风俗、习惯等方面的差异,因而各语种道歉语用的规律也呈现出一定的差异性。鉴于此,本文立足于道歉语的语用功能,探讨了道歉语用策略在英汉商务文书往来中的异同及其成因。

The contrast of the apology pragmatic of English and Chinese business correspondence

Apology is not only the language used in the daily life,but also indispensable courtesy in business communication.However,due to different language groups in the differences of culture,customs,habits and other aspects,thus the language apology pragmatic rules also show some differences.In view of this,this paper based on the pragmatic functions of apologies,to discuss the similarities and differences of the pragmatic strategies in English and Chinese business correspondence and causes.
