| 摘 要： | 通过分析当前住宅小区建设开发的各种特点。指出当前小区项目实施过程中存在的一些问题。本文提出三种切实可行的小区施工招标形式，以便于全面降低整体工程造价，从而能够同时全面反映建设单位的招标意图和施工单位的投标目的。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the characteristics of the construction of real estate at present, the author points out the problems during the implementation of projects and puts forward three feasible forms for the bidding of the construction of real estate to lower the overall cost of projects and reflect the aims of both parties of the bidding. |
