地方性高职院校“四位一体”办学服务区域经济研究

从职业教育的功能理论和经济结构与教育职能理论分析，提出地方性高职业院校以高职教育、成人教育、农民教育、社区教育为一体的办学思路，其目的是多方位地为地方社会经济发展培养多种人才。分析湖州职业技术学院“四位一体”的模式建构，从体制机制、人才培养模式、教育教学平台建设与组织保障体系等方面的实践，研究地方性高职院校服务区域社会经济的发展方向。

Research on Stimulation effect of "Four in one" Model of Local Higher Vocational Colleges to Regional Economy

From the perspective of the functional theory of vocational education and relation between economic structure and function of education, this paper tries to propose the model of running local higher vocational colleges, which integrates higher vocational education, adult ed- ucation, peasant education and community education and aims to train the talents in various fields for local economy. Furthermore, this paper also analyzes the establishment of ＂Four in one＂ model of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College from the four aspects of mechanism, talent training model, educational platform and organizational guarantees, and makes a research on the stimulation effects of local higher vocational colleges to regional economy.
