摘    要:学前教育是国家和社会稳定发展的重要基础,也是提高国民素质的重要基础工程。学前教育师资水平的高低直接决定着学前教育质量的好坏。培养适应民族地区工作环境与教育教学的高素质学前教育新师资是推动民族地区学前教育事业可持续发展的重要保障。民族地区学前教育新师资的培养应注重课程内容的民族文化传统,充分彰显民族特色;注重双语模式培养复合型人才,积极增强地方适应性;注重培养层次与质量,努力提升专业化水平;注重多渠道培养,加强与地方高校的合作与交流。

Abstract:Preschool education is the base for the stable development of society and the improvement of populace's cultivation. The quality of teachers will decide the level of preschool education. To cultivate the qualified teachers for the minority areas is a guarantee for the development of preschool education. The ways to improve the preschool education in minority areas are discussed. The fostering of new teachers for ethnic minority regions' preschool education should lay stress on ethical traditional culture of the course content and embody the ethical characteristic fully. It also should lay stress on fostering compound talents of bilingual mode and enhance local adaptation, also on fostering level and quality and strive to enhance the professional level, and also on multi-channels fostering and strengthen the cooperation and exchange with the local colleges and universities.
