| 摘 要： | 通过学分制教学管理的实施,有利于加强基础教育,增大选课范围,优化知识结构,鼓励个性发展,注重培养学生创新能力和实践能力,促使学生素质全面提高.本文就实行学分制的目的和意义,提出了学分制教学运行机制中院系教学管理工作改革的内容和高校学分制教学管理的对策.
