| 摘 要： | 实验技术队伍是高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,实验技术队伍的素质直接影响实验教学的质量和水平。以暨南大学实验技术队伍为例,分析了当前的地方高校的特点和实验技术队伍的现状和面临的主要问题,提出针对性的解决对策,对提高实验技术人员的素质至关重要。

| Abstract: | The laboratory technician team is an important component of university faculty.The quality of the laboratory technician team directly influences the experimental teaching.This paper,taking the laboratory technician team of Jinan University as an example,analyzes the characteristics of local universities and the main problems in the construction of laboratory technician teams,and proposes some countermeasures for the problems so as to improve the quality of laboratory technician teams. |
