| 摘 要： | 多肽在生物体内具有多种重要的生理功能，涉及激素、神经和细胞因子、免疫和生殖等多个领域。多肽的构象决定其功能，针对多肽的构象与功能之间关系的研究日趋重要。多肽构象与功能相互关系的研究方法也成为研究的热点。

| Abstract: | Polypeptides play multiply important physiological roles in living bodies,involving in many fields about hormones、nerve and cytokine、immunity、generation and so on.The functions of polypeptides are determined by their conformation.So the research on the relationship between conformation and activities of polypeptides have been giving rise to much attention,and these research methods also become researching hotspots.This review will focus on the research methods applied to study the structure-activity relationship of polypeptides. |
