| 摘 要： | 由于权力的特性和作为个体的人的局限性，权力必须受到制约。权力制约思想源远流长，随着时代的发展而不断完善。权力制约原则已经成为大多数国家的宪法原则，在各国宪法中体现为不同的模式。
