学科育德的内涵意蕴、现实样态及改进策略

摘    要:育德是学科教学的内生追求,学科教学是育德的有效途径,学科育德的特征是隐性育德。学科教学的现实样态主要体现在育德缺位、课堂育德、育德随意化、育德运动化。要充分发挥学科育德价值,提高学科育德效果,必须增强学科教师育德观念及育德专业化水平,发挥多学科育德合力,定期开展学科育德教研,在课前设计、课堂活动及课后实践中都要凸显育德价值,借助健全的学科育德支持及评价机制,让育德真正走进学科教学日常生活,以学科教师务实而富有实效的“常态化”工作,促进学生道德提升、精神成长。

Abstract:Moral education is an endogenous pursuit of subject teaching,while subject teaching is an effective way of moral education.The characteristic of moral education is invisible.The realistic states of moral in subject teaching include the lack of moral education,the limit of moral education in classroom teaching,the casualness of moral education and the movement tendency of moral educatioa In order to give full play to the value of moral education and improve the effect of moral education in subject teaching,it is necessary to improve the concepts of moral education and the professional level of moral education of subject teachers,make joint efforts of moral education in teaching of all subjects,carry out teaching researches of subject moral education regularly,stress the value of moral education in class preparation,classroom activities and extra-curricular practice,and establish a sound evaluation mechanism of moral education for subject teaching,so that moral education can truly enter the daily subject teaching,and promote students’moral improvement and spiritual growth through the practical and effective“normalized”work of subject teachers.
