摘    要:偏远地区高校人才紧缺问题已成为这些高校进一步发展的障碍。更新思想观念,探索人才引进的市场运作机制、人才资源整合利用机制、人才培养机制和竞争激励机制,使人才引进与人才利用、人才培养、人才激励之间和谐统一、相互促进,是解决偏远地区高校人才紧缺问题的关键。

Abstract:a)bstrac:The problem of university talents shortage in remote and undeveloped areas has become an obstacle to the further development of these colleges and universities.To update ideas and explore market operation mechanism of the talents' introduction,the use of integration mechanisms of human resources,and the mature mechanism of talents training and competition and encouragement mechanisms and proceed the incentive harmony and mutual promotion between the introduction of talents and use,training,encouragement of talent are the key point at which talent shortage problem in remote and undeveloped area can be resolved.
