| Abstract: | a)bstrac:The problem of university talents shortage in remote and undeveloped areas has become an obstacle to the further development of these colleges and universities.To update ideas and explore market operation mechanism of the talents' introduction,the use of integration mechanisms of human resources,and the mature mechanism of talents training and competition and encouragement mechanisms and proceed the incentive harmony and mutual promotion between the introduction of talents and use,training,encouragement of talent are the key point at which talent shortage problem in remote and undeveloped area can be resolved. |
