摘    要:伴随基础教育改革的不断深入,高师院校的教学改革也在紧锣密鼓地进行着。高师院校的教学改革不仅体现在更新理念和课程改革等方面,更重要的是培养方式的转变。高师生教学能力培养应由单师培养向双师培养转变,由单段培养向全程培养转变,由封闭式教学向开放式教学转变。

Abstract:With the deepening of the reform of basic education,the teaching reform of normal university is also in full swing.The teaching reform of normal universities is embodied not only in teaching philosophy and curriculum reform,the more important is to change the trainning pattern.The teaching ability training of students should transfer from single to double,from single-section training to the whole culture,from the closed teaching to the open teaching.
