摘    要:学校文化与学校课程之间是对立和统一的关系。统一能够促进学校教育目标的顺利达成,对立却能起到阻碍作用。通过再造学校课程的方式可以缓解两者之间的对立和冲突,让两者在动态中取得平衡,最终实现两者的共生。

Abstract:School culture and curriculum is a relationship of both unity and contrast.Unity can promote the smooth attainment of educational goals,while contrast will hinder.We can alleviate the contrast and conflict between the two sides by rebuilding the school curriculum so that they will realize the balance in the dynamic state,thus the symbiosis.
