| 摘 要： | 中国经济增长模式正面临由粗放型转为节约型的转型阶段,这种转变对高校人才培养模式提出了新的要求。根据社会在节约型经济模式下对人才的需求,高校人才培养的方向和模式应是开设服务专业,注重素质教育,注重课程综合化,培养具有创新能力的学生,扩大高层次人才培养的规模,根据市场导向培养人才。
